The two fonts you've used do not work well together. I like that you've made the text more active by using the diagonal. The orange color is great! Grey though is not a very active color.
Since you're using a very limited color pallette, it would more appropriate if you have orange as a spot color.
Note that only 4 registration marks are needed. 8 is too many.
